What deletion removes

Deleting your Hexapong account permanently removes:

• your Hexapong pilot profile and reserved pilot name;
• cloud-saved career progress and achievements;
• your public leaderboard entries and account-linked score submissions;
• your private account block list; and
• your Hexapong Firebase Authentication user record.

This does not delete your separate Google, Apple, Steam, or storefront account. Limited moderation evidence may remain when reasonably needed for safety, appeals, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution. Limited security, backup, or deletion records may also remain when reasonably necessary or legally required.

If this account owns a verified Apple lifetime Hexapong Pro purchase, deletion releases the active Hexapong-account binding. A new account can reclaim the purchase only after the backend verifies the same current Apple transaction. We retain a one-way transaction fingerprint for fraud prevention and entitlement recovery. It is not the receipt, signed transaction, Apple ID, payment information, or a reusable purchase credential.

Delete securely

If Apple is linked to your Hexapong account, you must confirm with Apple so Hexapong can revoke its Apple authorization before deletion. If the account is linked only to Google, you must confirm with Google. This prevents someone with temporary access to an unlocked browser from deleting your account without reauthentication.

Open secure account deletion

If you cannot access your linked provider, email RhynockGames@gmail.com for assistance. We may ask you to verify account ownership before acting on the request.

Device-only guest progress

Guest progress is stored on your device rather than in a Hexapong account. You can remove it by clearing site data for hexapong.rhynockgames.com in your browser. Account deletion removes the account-specific progress slot from the browser used to complete deletion but preserves separate guest progress.
